Property opportunity

We assess the property, location, lease terms, building requirements and operating suitability.

Owner approval

The owner considers Amani Stays as the company tenant and provides clear written consent for the intended short- and medium-term accommodation use.

Lease and documentation

The parties agree the lease wording, approvals and required supporting information.

Property-specific setup

Before guest use begins, Amani Stays completes the required operational setup and arranges the appropriate property-specific cover recommended for the arrangement.

Professional operation

Amani Stays manages guest enquiries, communication, house rules, access, cleaning, presentation and routine oversight.

How we care for the property?

Cleaning & reset

Professional cleaning and reset between stays.

Clear guest expectations

Clear occupancy, no-party. noise and building-rule expectations communicated to guests.

Routine oversight

Houtine visual oversight and cleaning visits.

Prompt issue reporting

Issues documented and escalated to the property manager or owner when approval is required.

Secure access

Secure guest-access methods subject to owner and building requirements.

Respectful communication

Respectful communication with neighbours, building management and property representatives where relevant.

Insurance approach

Amani Stays is working with a broker on company-level liability cover appropriate to the business model. Once a property is secured, we also intend to arrange appropriate property-specific short-stay cover for the individual property as advised by the broker.
